I'm a chef in the Miami Design District, junior sous chef for Le Jardinier and L'Atelier, kitchens holding one and two Michelin stars. I started in Orlando at sixteen and came up station by station, next to people who were better than me. Chef Mary at Kres ChopHouse took me under her wing early, and a lot of how I cook still traces back to her.

I've been painting even longer. More than 400 pieces over twenty years, kept for myself until now.

Cooking and painting are the same practice: composition, color, knowing when to stop.
